Two Cookers Joined at the Hip
A barrel grill and a side firebox are a classic pairing for a reason. Build your coals in the main chamber and you have a wide, hot grilling surface for burgers, chops and skewers. Light the offset box instead and heat and smoke drift sideways into the barrel, wrapping ribs, brisket and pork shoulder in a gentle current rather than blasting them from below. That single design choice turns a weekend cookout into something you can genuinely take your time over, and it means one unit covers both the quick Tuesday dinner and the all-afternoon project you have been promising friends.

Read the Heat, Steer the Smoke
A built-in thermometer sits in the main chamber lid so you always know the temperature you are actually cooking at, not the one you hoped for. Adjustable dampers on the firebox and chimney let you dial airflow up for a hotter, faster burn or down to hold a long, steady low-and-slow session. The generous cooking area — around 512 square inches across the grates in the medium size — takes a full rack of ribs plus sides, and the grates lift out so you can bank coals, add wood chunks or refresh fuel mid-cook without disturbing the food.

Built to Move and Built to Last
Heavy-gauge steel construction and a solid weld between chamber and firebox keep heat where it should be, while cart-style wheels and steel handles mean you can roll it from the shed to the patio single-handed. Front and side shelves hold platters, rubs and tools, and the lower rack takes a bag of charcoal. Available in medium and large sizes.
Safe Outdoor Use
This is an open-flame charcoal appliance. Use outdoors only, in a well-ventilated area — never indoors, in a garage, tent, awning, porch or any enclosed or partially enclosed space, as burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Set it on level, non-combustible ground well away from walls, fences, overhanging branches, garden furniture and anything flammable, and never leave it unattended while lit. Keep children and pets well clear at all times, during cooking and while the metal cools. Never use petrol or other volatile fluids on the coals. Wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the lid or firebox, and let the unit and ash cool completely before emptying, moving or covering it.
