Three Layers, Three Ways to Cook
This round vertical smoker stacks into three working sections, and each one earns its place. Use the bottom chamber on its own as an open fire pit for an evening in the garden. Add the middle section and adjustable grate and it becomes a straightforward charcoal grill for burgers, corn and skewers. Stack the full tower with the dome lid on and you have a proper vertical smoker, with heat rising slowly past the racks so a whole turkey, a couple of chickens or several racks of ribs cook gently in the smoke. The tall shape means you get serious capacity without a barbecue that swallows half the patio.

See the Temperature, Reach the Coals
A built-in thermometer with a clearly marked temperature scale sits in the lid, so you can hold a steady smoking range instead of lifting the lid every ten minutes and losing all your heat. Two hinged access doors open into the body: one for topping up charcoal or adding wood chunks to the fire without dismantling the stack, the other for checking or basting food mid-cook. Adjustable vents on the body and lid control the draught, letting you push the fire hotter for grilling or throttle it back for a long, patient smoke.

Simple to Assemble, Easy to Store
The whole unit goes together in about half an hour with no specialist tools, and the sections lift apart just as easily for cleaning or winter storage. Powder-coated steel handles the heat and the weather, the legs give it a stable stance on grass or paving, and side handles make it manageable to reposition. Pick the diameter that suits your crowd.
Safe Outdoor Use
This is an open-flame charcoal appliance. Use outdoors only, in a well-ventilated area — never indoors, in a garage, tent, awning, porch or any enclosed or partially enclosed space, as burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Stand it on level, non-combustible ground well clear of walls, fences, overhanging branches, furniture and anything flammable, and never leave it unattended while lit. Keep children and pets well away at all times, both while cooking and while the metal cools. Never use petrol or other volatile fluids to light the coals. Use heat-resistant gloves for the lid and doors, and let the smoker and ash cool completely before emptying, dismantling or storing.
