Raise or Lower the Grate to Steer the Heat

The cooking grate lifts to different heights above the coals, and that small adjustment does a lot of work. Drop it low for a fierce sear on steak or halloumi, raise it to finish sausages and chicken through without burning the outside, or park it high to keep food warm while the rest of the meal catches up. Air vents along the body feed the fire so a modest handful of charcoal burns cleanly and hot. Stainless steel construction shrugs off heat and rain, and the smooth surfaces wipe clean with a cloth once the grill has cooled.

Three footprints are available so you can match the grill to how you actually cook: the smallest for solo trips and tight balconies, the middle size for a couple, the largest for a small group or when you want room to work. Safe Outdoor Use

This is an open-flame charcoal appliance. Use outdoors only, in a well-ventilated area — never indoors, in a tent, awning, car, campervan, garage or any enclosed or partially enclosed space, as burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Place it on a level, heat-resistant, non-combustible surface, well away from tents, furniture, dry grass, overhanging branches and anything flammable, and never leave it unattended while lit. Keep children and pets well clear at all times, during cooking and while the metal cools. Never use petrol or other volatile fluids on the coals. Handle only with heat-resistant gloves, and let the grill and ash cool completely before folding, packing or disposing of the ash.
